Amaravati: Shocking to Aftab, who brutally killed his girlfriend Shraddha and dismembered her, the Delhi court allowed a narco-analysis test to find out more facts in Shraddha Walker’s murder case. The police produced Aftab before Metropolitan Court Magistrate Aviral Shukla through video conferencing after the remand already imposed ended on Thursday. While the police asked for ten days custody, the court handed over Aftab to five days police remand. As Aftab and Shraddha had previously gone to Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh, the Delhi Police will take him to those states.
Aftab killed Shraddha on May 18 in a flat in Delhi’s Mehrauli area. The next day he cut her body into 35 pieces. Shraddha poured boiling water on the corpse before cutting it into pieces. Aftab told the police that he poured boiling water so that it would be possible to cut it easily. 35 pieces arranged in 18 packings. He dropped each pack in the Mehrauli forest area at 2 am every day for 18 days. The truth came to light when Shraddha’s father lodged a complaint with the police on November 11. Aftab, who killed Shraddha brutally 6 months ago, confessed to the crime after he was arrested and investigated. The police have so far recovered 13 bones of Shraddha from Mehrauli forest area and will identify them through DNA tests. Collecting evidence in this murder case is becoming a challenge for the police.
