104,108 vehicles-collector to provide medical services to the poor on time
Nellore: District Collector Chakradhar Babu said that the state government is giving top priority to providing better medical services to the poor in a timely manner. The Collector along with ZP Chairperson Smt. Anam Arunamma inaugurated the newly sanctioned seven 104 ambulances for the district at the Zilla Parishad office premises in the city on Monday. On this occasion, the Collector said that 104,108 vehicles are very useful for providing emergency and quality free medical services to the people.He said that 104,108 services are being provided on time mainly to the rural people.
Zilla Parishad Chairperson Mrs. Anam Arunamma said that the Chief Minister is working hard to provide better hospitals even to remote villages. She thanked the state government for allocating seven more new vehicles to the district while 37 of them were in service in the district. District Medical Officer Penhalaya, ZDP CEO Chiranjeevi, District Manager of 104 and 108 Ambulances Pawan, doctors and staff participated in this program.
