Notification Released for MLA Quota MLC Posts
Amaravati: General Administration Department CEO Vivek Yadav released notification for MLA Kota MLC posts in two Telugu states (Telangana-5, Andhra Pradesh-5) on Monday. The Election Code will come into force immediately after the notification is released. The Central Election Commission has already released the schedule. Nomination filing till 10th March, Scrutiny of nominations on 11th, Deadline for withdrawal of 13 nominations.. Polling will be held on March 20 and counting will be held in the evening of the same day.
Mohammad Ali, Satyavati Rathore, Siri Subhash Reddy, Mallesham Yagi, Mirza Riaz Al Hasalu from Telangana,,From Andhra Pradesh Jangakrishnamurthy, Duvwarapu Rama Rao, BT Naidu, Ashok Babu, Yanamala Ramakrishnudu’s tenure will end on March 29.
It is heard that Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan’s brother Nagababu, MLC seats are being given to TDP candidate Verma who gave up Pithapuram seat in the election alliances for 5 vacant seats.
It is known that the alliance government has already reached a decision on who to select for the remaining three positions.In this election, YCP has no chance of getting even one seat due to lack of MLAs.
