Intelligence agencies identify those involved in the terrorist attack- Start of the excavation

Amaravati: Intelligence agencies, which are working to identify and hunt down the gunmen who carried out the terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir’s Anantnag district, released images of four terrorists on Wednesday.
Lashkar-e-Taiba has already claimed responsibility for the shooting. Intelligence sources have clarified that the organization’s top commander, Saifullah Kasuri alias Khalid, is the mastermind behind the incident. It was also revealed that two people from Rawalpindi were involved in this incident.. The intelligence agencies have intensified their investigation in that direction.

Two terrorists killed in encounter:- Security forces have killed two terrorists in an encounter in Baramulla, following the horrific terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. The encounter began on Tuesday night and continued until Wednesday morning. According to security forces… The encounter took place when two terrorists tried to infiltrate through the Surjeevan General Area at Uri Nala in Baramulla.The Chinar Corps revealed that a large amount of weapons and equipment was seized after the encounter.

Key statement from intelligence sources:- Hussain, a horse rider who took tourists to Pahelgam, was killed when the terrorists opened fire on him as he tried to grab a gun to stop the attack on the tourists. It has been confirmed that American-made M4 and AK-47/56 assault guns were used in the terror attack. Intelligence sources said that the attack was carried out with the cooperation of locals. The Pahelgam terror attack was filmed by the gunmen using helmet cameras. Terrorists checked IDs before killing tourists. Terrorists dressed in military uniforms came to attack tourists. Locals said that the victims were terrified when they saw the actual soldiers who arrived at the scene after the incident.
