5 key decisions of the Security Committee

Amaravati: In the wake of the terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, the Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS) was held in Delhi on Wednesday under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar and others participated in this meeting. It seems that a key decision is likely to be taken on the terrorist attack incident in Pahalgam. There is a lot of excitement about what decision will be taken at the high-level meeting being led by the Prime Minister. Prime Minister Modi cut short his Saudi Arabia visit in the wake of the terror attack and returned to Delhi on Wednesday morning. National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar, and the Foreign Secretary held a high-level review at the airport. It is reported that Prime Minister Modi inquired about the situation after the terrorist attack.

Relevant official sources revealed that the security committee has taken 5 key decisions.
1-Immediate closure of Attari-Wagha borders..
2-withdrawal from the Indus Water Treaty..
3-Pakistani citizens are being denied entry into India, and those who have already entered India must leave by May 1st.
4-Those with SAARC visas in India must leave within 48 hours.
5-Decision to reduce the staff of the Pakistani embassy from 55 to 30.
