Wife of Adil Hussain, who died protecting tourists in Pahalgam terror attack, gets government job

Amaravati: This is an incident that will bring peace to the soul of the brave man who lost his life in the Pahalgam terror attack incident on April 22 in Anantnag district of Jammu and Kashmir. It is known that local Syed Adil Hussain Shah died while trying to save tourists trapped in the hands of terrorists in Pahalgam. J&K Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha handed over the appointment letter to Adil Shah’s wife Gulnaz Akhtar, who visited her house in Hapatnar area of Pahalgam in Anantnag district on Saturday.
On this occasion, the victim’s family members thanked the Indian government.
Born into a poor family in Kashmir, Adil, who completed his intermediate, worked as a pony guide for tourists coming to Pahalgam during the Amarnath Yatra. He would take travelers on horseback, show them places, and explain things to them. Terrorists are shooting at tourists while they are performing their daily duties.
With this, Adil, with great courage, snatched the gun from the terrorists and tried his best to save the tourists. The terrorists shot Adil dead with a gun.
