ED targets Magunta and Kavita in Delhi liquor scam case
Amaravathi: The Enforcement Directorate has increased its aggressiveness in the Delhi liquor scam case which has created a sensation across the country. ED has already conducted searches in many states, ED is conducting raids in more than 40 areas across the country..ED is conducting searches in (Delhi, AP, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu)..The Enforcement Directorate targeted TRS MLC KCR daughter Kavitha and YSRCP MP Magunta Srinivasulareddy in the Delhi liquor scam. The ED teams are simultaneously divided into 25 teams and conducting inspections at Magunta’s residences in Telangana, Chennai, Nellore and Delhi.Records are being examined and staff are being interrogated.A strong security has been set up to prevent anyone from entering the office.
Earlier, ED conducted searches in Hyderabad.Robin Distilleries Pvt Ltd and Robin Distribution LLP offices were searched.When the ED officials found the address of Robin Distribution LLP at Navketan Bhavan on Patel Road, Secunderabad, went there and checked, it was found that there is a well-known beauty parlor at the said address.Abhishek Rao, who is the director of Robin Distributions, is the director of the respective beauty parlor companies.The investigation of the ED officials revealed that the email address of Robin Distilleries Private Limited and Robin Distribution LLP is also the same.Also, ED officials searched Ramachandra Pillai’s residence in Kokapet.Suspecting Ramachandra Pillai’s relationship with many political figures, the authorities have collected sufficient evidence.
Nellore:- The family members of Eturu Sivaramakrishna Reddy, a relative of Magunta residing in Buchireddypalem and Rebala Veedhi, were questioned at the residence and offices of MP Magunta Srinivasulareddy in Rayaji Veedhi in the city.Inspections are being conducted at home.
MLC Kalvakuntla Kavitha:- It seems that Kavita is likely to be wrapped around the neck a bit tighter in the liquor scam case..Earlier, ED conducted searches at Kavita PA’s residence.Kavitha conducted searches at the accountant’s house on Friday…Also ED sent notices to Kavitha..As she is currently in quarantine due to corona infection, Kavitha’s assistants have been given ED notices.ED is conducting searches at the residences and offices of many businessmen, charted accounts in Hyderabad.
