Explosion at Rameswaram Cafe in Bengaluru City-Five injured

Amaravati: An explosion occurred at Rameswaram Cafe in Kundalahalli, Bengaluru city on Friday around 2 pm. Rameswaram Cafe was damaged due to the blast and 5 people were seriously injured. The injured were shifted to a private hospital. As soon as the explosion took place, people ran in fear and there was an atmosphere of anxiety for some time. Immediately after receiving the information, the firemen reached the spot and brought the fire under control. Police suspect that a gas cylinder or boiler may have exploded. However, some ID cards and a battery were found near the blast site in that area. Also, a customer’s bag was found burnt in the Cafe. There are many doubts in this background. ACP Reena Suvarna, Marathahalli police reached the spot and examined the burnt bag and ID card. Police are examining the CCTV footage of the cafe. An investigation is being conducted to see if there is a conspiracy of gunmen behind the blast. Also forensic laboratory experts have reached the spot.
