Special public plea redressal platform for tribals-Somireddy
Nellore: Sarvepalli MLA Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy said that the alliance government is working hard to provide central and state welfare schemes by granting identity cards to tribals who do not have Aadhaar cards, birth certificates, ration cards etc. On Friday, MLA Somireddy along with District Collector Anand inaugurated the special public pleas resolution platform program at Srids Kalyana Mandapam near Chemudugunta of Venkatachalam Mandal. On this occasion, he told the media that the main objective of providing all the welfare schemes to the tribals is to resolve the special public pleas. He said that the aim is to solve the problems of tribals like nowhere else in the state. He said that all measures are being taken to provide education, welfare and infrastructure to raise the living standards of the tribals and lift them out of poverty. Tribals have come from 5 Mandals of Sarvepalli Constituency. 15 special counters for online registration of tribal applications, 5 special counters for registration of Aadhaar cards, help desk with 25 secretariat employees have been set up. Also, by registering every application online, steps have been taken to solve the problems quickly. Municipal Corporation Commissioner Surya Teja, district and mandal level officials and local public representatives participated.
