Tamilisai Soundararajan resigned from the post of Governor of Telangana
Hyderabad: Tamilisai Soundararajan resigned from the post of Telangana Governor on Monday. He sent his resignation letter to President Draupadi Murmu. He also resigned from the post of Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry. It is reported that he will contest the Lok Sabha elections from Tamil Nadu. It is known that BJP will give ticket from Chennai Central or Thoothukudi. From 2014 to 2019, she served as the president of Tamil Nadu BJP. Tamilisai was appointed as the Governor of Telangana on September 8, 2019. He contested from Thoothukudi in the 2019 parliamentary elections and was defeated.
