A low pressure over the Bay of Bengal is likely to turn into a cyclonic storm on the 8th
Amaravati: The low pressure formed over Southeast Bay of Bengal is likely to move west-northwestwards and turn into a cyclone in the same region on Tuesday evening, officials of Amaravati Meteorological Center informed. It will gradually strengthen and reach South West Bay of Bengal, North Tamil Nadu, Puducherry & adjoining South Andhra Pradesh on December 7 evening.
They said that there is a possibility of turning into a storm on the morning of December 8. In the next 48 hours, North Tamil Nadu will move towards Puducherry & adjoining South Andhra Pradesh coasts.
South Coast Andhra Pradesh:- Light to moderate rains and heavy rains at one or two places on Wednesday and Thursday. Gusty winds (40-50 kmph with a maximum speed of 60 kmph) are likely to blow.
Rayalaseema:- There is a possibility of light to moderate rains and heavy rains at one or two places on Wednesday and Thursday.
