All works sanctioned by NABARD should be started expeditiously-Collector

Nellore: Collector Chakradhar Babu has directed the officials to pay special attention to speedy completion of various development works being carried out in collaboration with NABARD in the district. On Thursday, a district level review meeting was held at the Collector’s camp office on the progress of development works being carried out with NABARD funds. On this occasion, NABARD DDM Ravi Singh explained the progress of various government buildings in the district and the released funds to the Collector. Later, the Collector said that the NABARD funds will be very useful for the comprehensive development of the villages and ordered all the officials to start all the works sanctioned by the NABARD as soon as possible. It is advised to upload the bills related to the works from time to time. In particular, the officials of Comprehensive Punishment, Rural Irrigation, ICDS, Panchayat Raj, R&B, Medical and Dwama Departments said that they should pay special attention to the development works being carried out in collaboration with NABARD.
