CII started its Young Indians chapter in Tirupati
Thirupati: Miss Kasturi Varsha Vishwanath was appointed as Chair for the year 2025 and Mr. D Nithin as Co-Chair.Ms Kasturi Varsha Viswanath, Director, Business Development & Operations, Varsha Foods Pvt Ltd is appointed as the Chair for the year 2025. Ms Varsha holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in industrial and systems engineering from Wayne State University, Michigan. She collaborates closely with farmers and communities across Rayalaseema and parts of Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka. Ms Varsha is also an active member of the CII – IWN Andhra Pradesh chapter from Tirupati.
Mr D Nitin, Head – Sales & Markeing, Ravands Plastech is the Co Chair for the year 2025. Nitin is a Mechanical Engineering Graduate from PES Institute of Technology, Bangalore and a Post Graduate in Management from Singapore Management University, Singapore. As Head of Sales & Marketing, he drives business growth through innovative OEM, Distributor, and Dealer strategies, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of micro-irrigation sector
Mr Jayadev Galla, Chairman & Managing DIrector, Amara Raja Energy & Mobility in his chief guest address, asked the youth to Dream Big: He visioned Tirupati that leads in innovation, sustainability, and inclusive growth. He urged the youth to

Mr Pushpit Garg, Chairman, CII Tirupati, in his address stated, there are numerous opportunities for future collaboration between CII & Yi. He said, we can empower the youth through skill-building workshops, entrepreneurial programs, and mentorship opportunities. Strengthening community health initiatives and road safety awareness campaigns will also be a priority. Additionally, we aim to scale up environmental and educational initiatives, collaborating with schools and universities to promote sustainability and innovation.
