ED has issued a notice to Kavitha to appear for investigation on 16th of this month

Amaravathi: The investigation of BRS MLC, K. Kavita has been completed today. ED has issued a notice to Kavitha asking her to come for investigation on 16th of this month. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) tracked her from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm. ED officials seized Kavitha’s phone before questioning her. It is reported that ED has questioned Kavitha about her role in the Delhi liquor scam, her relationship with the accused, her shares in Indo Spirits Company, and the 100 crore rupees donation case. It seems that the ED has interrogated Kavitha by putting the evidence collected on Kavita’s role in the Delhi liquor scam in front of her. Kavita’s statement was recorded verbally and in writing by the authorities. The ED also used the information given by Arun Pillai, Buchibabu, Abhishek, Sarath Chandra Reddy, Magunta Raghava, Sameer Mahendru and Amit Arora for the investigation. Delhi police did not allow anyone else to enter except Kavitha. Section 144 has been imposed around the ED office. Police also stopped Kavitha’s husband Anil and advocate outside.
