Many irregularities in Aryan Khan Drug case investigation-Charge sheet is ready against 8 officials
Amaravati: Narcotics Control Bureau has prepared a charge sheet in the Aryan Khan Drug case investigation, which found that some narcotics officials were involved in various irregularities. Aryan Khan along with 15 others in Cordelia cruise ship case on October 3, 2021, NCB officer Sameer Wankhedi, arrested, this case created a sensation across the country. NCB dropped all cases against Aryan Khan after spending almost 3 weeks as a remand prisoner. Due to political pressure, a case was registered against the honest Officer Samir Wankhedi and he was suspended from his job. Aryan Khan and 5 others were later acquitted. 8 Officers: – The Special Investigation Team has submitted its vigilance report to the headquarters in Delhi to probe the allegations that officials succumbed to temptation in the Aryan Khan case investigation. In this report, while the statements of 65 people were recorded, some of them changed their statements 3 to 4 times. It is reported that honest sources of authority have said that the previous investigation went on according to the plan of selecting suitable people. The officials stated that permission should be obtained from the seniors to take action against the officers who behaved suspiciously in the investigation of this case.
