Secunderabad Cantonment BRS MLA Lasya Nandita dies in road accident

Amaravati: Secunderabad Cantonment BRS MLA Lasya Nandita died on the spot in a road accident on ORR. While returning from attending a BRS public meeting in Nalgonda on Thursday night, the car she was traveling in on the Hyderabad Outer Ring Road (ORR) near Patancheru lost control and hit a railing. As a result, Nandita, who was sitting in the back seat of the car, got seriously injured and died on the spot. The driver of the car was seriously injured. On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and started rescue operations. The seriously injured driver was taken to the hospital for treatment. It is reported that the accident happened while going to see God. After the death of senior leader and MLA Sayanna, his daughter Lasya Nandita was given the BRS cantonment seat in the recent Telangana elections. She defeated the BJP candidate.
