Udayanidhi Stalin sworn in as Sports Minister

Amaravati: MLA Udayanidhi Stalin was sworn in as the Sports Minister in Chief Minister Stalin’s cabinet on Wednesday morning. Governor Ravi and Udayanidhi Maran took oath in a program held at Raj Bhavan. Apart from actively campaigning for DMK in the recent elections, Udayinidhi Maran won as an MLA. Responding to the opposition’s criticism of family politics, he replied that such criticism is not new to him and he will face them to the best of his ability. Antu said that he will not act in films from now on, the film he is currently acting in is his last film. In 2019, he was appointed as the youth wing president of DMK party. In the assembly elections held in 2021, he contested from the Chepak-Tiruvallikeni constituency and won.
