41 workers came out of the tunnel safely
Amaravati: The operation to rescue 41 laborers trapped in the Silkyara Tunnel in Uttarkashi for 17 days has been successful. A group of rat miners completed manual drilling to protect workers. NDFR, SDRF teams reached the spot. The Green Corridor work has been completed to transport the laborers to the hospital quickly.
As soon as the workers came out, they were sent to the hospital for health tests. All the workers coming out of the tunnel were taken to the Community Health Center in Chinyali Saud. Here everyone is assigned a bed. Monitors have been arranged for everyone and oxygen cylinders have been arranged. The entire stock is made available here to ensure that there is no shortage of medicines and injections in the hospital. The entire operation was supervised by Union Minister General VK Singh, former PMO Advisor Bhaskar Khulbe, former Engineer-in-Chief, BRO DG Lt General Harpal Singh from near the Silkyara tunnel.
