Fake certificate from Rs.50 thousand to 1 lakh – DCP Rajesh Chandra
Hyderabad: The Bashir Bagh South Zone Task Force police have arrested an inter-state fake certificate making gang, which was creating fake certificates through Go Daddy websites with Anna University and selling each certificate for Rs.50 thousand to Rs.1 lakh. In a media conference organized on this occasion, Central Zone DCP Rajesh Chandra said that this gang has created 140 fake certificates belonging to around 13 universities. It has been found that 30 people have been given these certificates so far. Four members of the gang who were selling fake certificates were arrested. Two more accused are absconding. He said that some university computer operators are involved in this scam. He said that this syndicate is circulating by supporting those who need a fake certificate. DCP Rajesh Chandra said that cheating cases have been registered against the accused in several police stations in Hyderabad. People are requested not to be tempted by such fake certificates. He said that if you get any job through fake certificates, you will have to face many problems in the future. The accused Mohammad Etesham, Uddina Usain, Mohammad Abdul Qader, Mohammad Altaf Ahmed and Mohammad Imran have been arrested and sent to remand.
