Heavy rain in Bengaluru-IT employee from Vijayawada died

The hailstorm that started at 3 o’clock created terror for about an hour. Due to strong winds, trees fell down and vehicles were damaged at many places. Due to heavy rain, a car got stuck in the under bridge in KR Sarkila area due to flood water. Water entered the engine and the car overturned. Although the locals noticed the situation and pulled them out, the (23) woman fell seriously ill and died. It was found that the deceased woman Bhanurekha from Vijayawada was working in Infosys. It is reported that he came to Bengaluru from Hyderabad with his family.Bhanurekha and family members were in the car when the flood occurred. Due to heavy rain, Ananda Rao Road, Majestic, Race Course, KR Circle, Town Hall Circle, Corporation, Mysore Bank Circle and other areas of Bangalore city were flooded. At many places, the vehicles were parked on the side of the road, and the trees were destroyed by the heavy rain. The car was damaged when a huge tree fell in front of Chitrakala Parishad on Kumar Krupa Road. It is reported that the people traveling in the same car were also seriously injured. After learning about the tragedy, Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah reached the hospital and visited Bhanurekha’s family and announced a compensation of Rs.5 lakh.
