Muizju misled Maldivian people to win elections-Abdullah Shahid

Amaravati: Former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Maldives Abdullah Shahid said that Muizzoo had misled the people of Maldives in order to win the election and President Mohammed Muizzoo’s statements that there are hundreds of Indian soldiers in their islands are lies. Muizzu criticized that there are no armed foreign soldiers in their country and that they are telling such lies without being able to show evidence for the allegations made during the elections. MDP criticized that they tried to get votes by provoking people with this slogan. But Abdullah Shahid commented that after coming to power, they cannot prove that such agreements were concluded with India.
