Fatal road accident in Uttar Pradesh- 15 people died
Amaravati: A serious road accident took place in Uttar Pradesh. The tractor carrying the devotees lost control and fell into the pond next to the road. A total of 15 people lost their lives in this accident. On the occasion of Magha Purnima, some devotees left for Kedarganj in a tractor to take a holy dip in the river Ganges. As they neared Kasganj, the tractor in which they were traveling lost control and fell into the river. 15 people died in this incident including 7 children. Locals responded immediately and shifted the injured to the nearest hospital. UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath expressed shock over this tragedy. To this extent, the families of the deceased will be given Rs.2 lakh each, and the injured will be given Rs. 50,000 compensation was announced.
