No need to change SIM card for 5G+ services for now-Airtel

Amaravati: Airtel has launched 5G+ services in 8 cities across the country. Airtel has informed that there is no need to change the SIM card to use these services; a 5G phone is enough. According to the company, customers in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Siliguri, Nagpur and Varanasi can use 5G+ services.  It has been revealed that these services will be available in all areas in a phased manner. It has been stated that 5G+ services can be obtained at a speed 20 to 30 times higher than the current speed, and until 5G services are widely available, high-speed data services can be obtained only with 4G plans. Not all 5G smart phones may support Airtel 5G and mobile manufacturers will have to provide an OTA update in this regard.
