Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has been fined Rs 25,000 by the High Court
Amaravati: The Gujarat High Court on Friday clarified that there is no need to show the degree, post-graduate degree certificates of Prime Minister Narendra Modi regarding his educational qualifications. Arvind Kejriwal was fined Rs 25,000 when he approached the court asking for the details of the Prime Minister’s educational qualifications. The High Court said that there is no need for the Prime Minister’s Office to provide such details.
Court expressed hope:- Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has filed a petition in the Gujarat High Court asking him to tell the details of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s educational qualifications. Expressing impatience with Kejriwal, the High Court, which took up the inquiry, said that the Prime Minister’s Office did not need to tell the details of Prime Minister Modi’s educational qualification. This verdict was given while dismissing Kejriwal’s petition to disclose the details of Modi’s educational qualifications through the Public Information Officers of Gujarat and Delhi Universities. This fine has been ordered to be deposited in the Gujarat State Legal Services Authority.
