Prime Minister Modi will launch “Amrit Bharat Express” on 30th of this month

Amaravati: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off the ‘Amrit Bharat Express’ on December 30, which will travel at high speed with advanced facilities available to the common passenger. This push-pull train, which travels at a speed of about 130 km per hour, will mainly serve lower and middle class passengers. Amrit Bharat Express trains will have 22 coaches. 8 General Second Class Coaches for Unreserved Passengers, 12 Second Class (Sleeper), 3-Tier Sleeper Coaches, Two Guard Compartments. Appropriate facilities have been made available to disabled passengers and women. Amrit Bharat trains are manufactured at the Integral Coach Factory (ICF) in Chennai.
PM Modi will inaugurate two ‘Amrit Bharat Express’ trains on December 30. The first Amrit Bharat Express will travel from Delhi to Darbanga in Bihar via Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh. The second Amrit Bharat Express will run on the Bangalore to Malda route.
