The High Court dismissed the quash petition.
Amaravati: Chandrababu has faced a setback in the High Court.. On September 13, Chandrababu filed a quash petition in the High Court in the Andhra Pradesh High Court seeking to dismiss the cases registered against him in the AP Skill Development case. The bench, which listened to the arguments of both the parties, and reserved its verdict even after the arguments were over, announced the verdict on Friday and dismissed the quash petition. Supreme Court senior advocates Siddhartha Luthra and Harish Salvelu argued on behalf of Chandrababu. Also Mukul Rohatgi argued on behalf of CID.. Chandrababu said that there is no need for remand, Luthra brought many cases before the court. However, the court seems to have considered the arguments of the CID lawyer.
