Break Darshans on October 24, 25 and November 8 are cancelled-TTD
Tirumala: TTD has canceled break darshans at Tirumala Srivari temple on October 24 due to Diwali Asthanam, October 25 solar eclipse and November 8 lunar eclipse. TTD informed that recommendation letters will not be received on October 23 due to cancellation of break darshan on October 24 due to Diwali Asthana. The doors of the Srivari Temple will be closed for about 12 hours from 8 am to 7.30 pm on Tuesday, October 25, the day of solar eclipse. Because of this, the break darshan has been canceled and recommendation letters will not be received on October 24. The doors of Srivari temple will be closed from 8.30 am to around 7.30 pm on the day of lunar eclipse on 8th November. Because of this the break darshan was canceled and letters of recommendation were received on 7th November. TTD has also canceled the special entry darshan tickets of Srivani, Rs.300/- on the days of solar eclipse on October 25 and lunar eclipse on November 8. Devotees are requested to take note of this matter and help TTD.
