Ex-Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan was shot

Amaravati: In a rally organized by Pakistan’s former Prime Minister Imran Khan, unknown persons fired at the container he was traveling in on Thursday. In this incident, Imran Khan received bullet injuries on his right leg, JioTV said. Along with Imran, four others were injured. He was immediately taken to the hospital for treatment. At Allawala Chowk in Wazirabad city, Punjab province, Pakistan, a container-mounted-truck in which Imran Khan was traveling was shot at. They are going to Islamabad as a protest demanding early elections in the country. Currently Imran Khan is reported to be safe.
