High Court grants conditional bail to MLA Rajasingh

Hyderabad: Goshamahal MLA Raja Singh was granted conditional bail by the High Court on Wednesday. He was ordered to be released immediately. During the release from jail, it has ordered not to hold rallies and not to post objectionable comments and videos on social media for three months. Rajasingh’s wife Usha Bhai filed a petition in the High Court against the police registration of PD Act against Rajasingh. Advocate General Prasad said that the controversial comments made by Rajasingh are highly objectionable. Rajasingh’s counsel Ravichander also heard arguments in the High Court opposing the counter filed by the government. He recalled cases where the Supreme Court dismissed the cases registered under the PD Act in the past. After hearing the arguments of both sides on Tuesday, the High Court adjourned the hearing till today.
