Amaravathi: Tech giant and co-founder of Microsoft Bill Gates commented that India is progressing in all fields and visiting the country is very inspiring. At a time when the whole world is facing many challenges, Bill Gates said that visiting a creative, fast decision-making country like India inspires him. Gates, who is visiting India, met Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday. About the meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Bill Gates mentioned India’s development in his official blog “Gates Notes”. He praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for not only saving millions of lives by supplying vaccines in large quantities during Corona, but also for showing friendship by providing them to other countries. Gates commented that Prime Minister Modi believed that Kovin app would become a model for the world, and I also agree with that. Bill Gates has remembered that despite not traveling for the past three years due to the Corona epidemic, he spoke to Prime Minister Modi specifically about the development of a Covid-19 vaccine. Bill Gates claims that India has made emergency digital payments to 300 million people including 200 million women during Corona. This is a great example of how digital technology can be used to make governments work as expected. Commenting on India’s chairmanship of the G-20 Summit, Gates said that it is a great opportunity to show how the world can benefit from the country’s innovations. Gates showered praise on India in his blog saying that he hopes India will share its innovations with the world.
