Relief that Chandrababu did not get from the courts
Amaravati: TDP party workers waiting for Chakora birds had to hear bad news from Supreme and ACB courts. he hearing on the Special Leave Petition filed by TDP President Chandrababu in the Andhra Pradesh Skill Development Case in the Supreme Court has been postponed to October 3. The special leave came up for hearing in the Supreme Court on Wednesday. But Justice SVN Bhatti, the Telugu judge of the bench (Justice Venkata Narayana Bhatti) showed reluctance to investigate.
Justice Bhatti on the Sanjeev Khanna bench said, Not before me.. With this, the petition was transferred to another bench. The next hearing was adjourned to next week. Chandrababu’s lawyer Luthra took this matter before the CJI bench, he asked that another bench or the CJI bench should investigate it now. The hearing of the petition was taken up by the CJI bench. The case was adjourned to October 3. The CJI bench said that the inquiry will be transferred to another bench.
Andhra Pradesh High Court:- Chandrababu filed an anticipatory bail petition in the High Court in the Inner Ring Road case. High Court adjourned hearing on anticipatory bail petition to 29th of this month..
ACB Court:- Vijayawada ACB Court adjourned hearing on Chandrababu’s bail and custody petitions to October 4. While Chandrababu’s lawyers filed a petition to grant bail in the skill development case, lawyers filed a petition on behalf of the CID to keep Chandrababu in custody for more days.
