Another sensation in Delhi liquor scam- Kejriwal, MLC Kavitha, Magunta names in ED 2nd charge sheet

Amaravati: ED has released the 2nd charge sheet with 428 pages in connection with the Delhi liquor scam. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, TRS MLC Kavitha, YSRCP MP Magunta, Srinivasula Reddy are names. Kejriwal’s name was revealed in the statement given by Sameer Mahendru to ED. The ED has mentioned in the chargesheet that it spoke to Arvind Kejriwal’s closest confidant Vijay Nair during the formulation of the excise policy. It has been mentioned in the chargesheet that Vijay Nair was the mastermind of the Delhi Liquor Scam. Moreover, the ED said that the entire ruckus related to the liquor scam took place in the camp office of Vijay Nair and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. MLC Kavitha’s name has been mentioned in the ED chargesheet once again. Kavita’s name was also mentioned among those who destroyed the evidence. ED officials said in the charge sheet that Kavitha participated in the meetings held at Delhi Oberoi Hotel. ED has registered charges against all 17 accused. ED has stated in its charge sheet that AAP used Delhi liquor scam money in Goa elections.
