Chandrayaan-3 started its journey into orbit

Amaravati: ISRO sources said that Chandrayaan-3 will complete its orbit around the Earth and head towards the Moon. ISRO successfully launched the spacecraft into translunar orbit today at ISTRAC after the perigee burn of Chandrayaan-3 successfully increased its orbit to 288 km x 369328 km. As it approached the Moon’s ring, it was revealed that lunar-orbit insertion (LOI) was planned for August 5.
