Amaravati: Another “Pralaya” in the ammulapodha of the Indian Defense Department.. DRDA on Tuesday successfully test-launched short-range surface-to-surface ballistic missile ‘Pralai’. Defense officials revealed that the Pralai missile was tested from Abdul Kalam Island in the Odisha coast at 9.50 am. DRDA has developed this missile for national defense needs and strong border security. “Pralai” will hit targets in the range of 350 km to 500 km. It carries a payload of 500 to 1000 kg. China’s ‘Dong Feng 12’ Pralay missile will match the Iskander used by Russia in the Ukraine war, defense sources said.
