Why are Gandhi family members not putting Jawahar Lal Nehru’s name at the end of their names-PM Modi

Gandhi family members questioned why the first Prime Minister of India Jawaharlal Nehru’s name was not added at the end of their name. I don’t understand why they feel insulted. If Nehru is such a great person then why Gandhi family members don’t name Nehru,, shame on them if they do.?
