Nellore: As part of the Jagananna permanent land rights and land protection scheme undertaken by the state government, city governing body commissioner Mrs. Haritha has directed the Secretaries of the Secretariat Ward Planning & Regulation to identify the unauthorized sites and take legal action against them in the re-survey to be held across the city. The commissioner attended and reviewed the 4th day of Re Survey training classes at the local Zilla Parishad office on Thursday. On this occasion, the commissioner said that the unauthorized layouts and buildings in the city should be identified and brought to the attention of the corporation with the re-survey process which will start soon. The details of L.R.S scheme owners should be reported to the concerned authorities and the owners of the layouts for which no permissions have been granted should submit the necessary documents and complete the applications. The commissioner ordered to complete all the patterns and applications under the L.R.S scheme before October 31 this year. Similarly, the road margin encroachments, advertisements and illegal constructions have been detected and information has been given to the concerned authorities and they have been ordered to take action.
