Prime Minister Modi expressed deep condolences on the death of British Queen Elizabeth II

Amaravathi: India has declared 11th as a day of national mourning on the occasion of death of British Queen Elizabeth II (96). The Indian national flag will be flown at half-mast on Sunday as a mark of mourning. Expressing his deepest condolences on the death of Queen Elizabeth, Prime Minister Narendra Modi described Queen Elizabeth as the greatest leader of our time. Modi lauded Queen Elizabeth-II for her effective and inspiring leadership. Elizabeth II, who had been ill for some time, passed away on Thursday night while undergoing treatment at Balmoral Palace in Scotland. Queen Elizabeth’s body was brought to the British Palace on Friday morning.
