TMC leader Sathyan Chaudhary was shot dead
Amaravati: Trinamool Congress leader Satyan Chaudhary was killed. On Sunday afternoon, when he was sitting at a shop near his home in Murshidabad, West Bengal, two unknown assailants came on a bike and shot him with a gun from close range and fled from there. Bystanders responded and he was seriously injured and shifted to Baharampur Medical College. Three doctors treated him but there was no result. Doctors declared dead. Trinamool Congress leaders have expressed grief over the death of Satyan Chaudhary, who served as the party’s general secretary for Murshidabad. On receiving the information, the police have registered a case and are investigating.
