Controversial CI Nageswara Rao removed from service by police department

Hyderabad: The police department has issued an order removing CI Nageswara Rao from service. The police department has uprooted a weed like NageshwarRao who obstructed his authority in the performance of his duties. He was jailed in Vanasthalipuram for threatening and raping a woman with a gun and was released on bail recently. Nageswara Rao was removed from service under Article 311(2) B due to serious criminal charges. Hyderabad CP CV Anand wrote a letter to the Police Recruitment Authority asking for the removal of Nageswara Rao from service, the Police Recruitment Authority after considering the Commissioner’s letter removed Nageswara Rao from service. So far, the police department has removed 39 people from service in Hyderabad.

(Past… On July 6, 2022, Nageswara Rao made a Whatsapp call to a woman working in his farmhouse and threatened to fulfill his sexual desires. He went straight to her house in Hastinapuram around 9.30 pm, attacked her and raped her. At the same time, the husband and wife who came home heard the cries of the wife, broke the door and entered the house and attacked Nageshwar Rao with a stick. Angered, NageshwarRao took out his revolver and threatened to file a case against the couple if they did not listen to him, put them in a car and left for Ibrahimpatnam from Vanasthalipuram. The victim sat in the back seat of the car and Nageshwar Rao, who was sitting in the front seat, aimed the revolver at the victim’s husband to drive. In the middle of the route, the car met with an accident at Cheruvu Bridge near Ibrahimpatnam. The husband and wife escaped from there and reached Vanasthalipuram and lodged a complaint with the police. Nageswara Rao was arrested on the complaint of the victims.)
